What warranty do I get?
2 years warranty. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship (including parts and labour) *Warranty is void if damage is caused by misuse, forced entry, improper installation, modification, or non-original parts.
Do I pay before or after installation?
Only after installation is complete and done tutorial with setup. Zero risk!
What if power fails or battery dies?
We have provided 2 original mechanical keys included with every lock, and also all of our lock include instant emergency Type-C “jump-start” with any power bank. We also have early low-battery voice alert + real-time battery status in Smart Life app.
How long does installation take?
Usually 1-2 hours per lock. Professional installation, and we clean up afterwards.
Is full hands-on training provided?
Yes – full hands-on training for you and your family after every installation (App setup, adding users, temporary codes, etc.).
